Most property websites are invisible to machines
A person opens the page and it looks fine. Google half understands it. ChatGPT and Perplexity do not see it at all, because they never run the page — they only read what the server sends, and on most sites the server sends an empty shell that fills itself in afterwards.
You can check this yourself in under a minute, on any site including ours. Turn JavaScript off in your phone browser and load it. If the price and the address vanish, so has the site, as far as an assistant is concerned.
What a machine receives
Alongside the page a person reads, every listing publishes a second, machine-readable record of the same property. This is not an illustration. It is generated here by the same function that runs on every customer’s listing page, so it cannot describe something the product has stopped doing.

}The price is a number with a currency, not text. The area is a quantity with a unit. The address names the city separately from the street. A rent is published as a monthly rate, so a ₹16,500 room is never read as a ₹16,500 flat for sale. None of it is typed by you twice, and none of it can drift from what your listing actually says, because it is built from the listing.
Search is not one thing any more
- GoogleThe list of blue links
- Someone types “3 BHK for sale in Baner”. This is the oldest game and still the biggest one. It rewards pages that are readable, fast, and specific to a place.
- The answer boxGoogle answering without a click
- Increasingly Google writes the answer at the top itself, in its own words, taken from somebody’s page. If a buyer asks what the rate per square foot in Baner is, that answer came from a website. It should be able to come from yours.
- AI assistantsChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini
- Buyers now ask an assistant directly: “find me a 3 BHK under ₹1.3 crore in Baner and tell me who to call”. These tools read websites and answer from them. They do not run page code, which is why most sites are invisible to them.
The trade calls these SEO, answer engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation. The acronyms matter less than the fact that all three read the same thing: a page the machine can actually parse.
Done on day one, not sold monthly
The technical half of being found is a build decision, not a retainer. It is done when your site goes live and it stays done, on every plan unless noted.
- Every listing, published as facts
- Price in rupees, carpet area in square feet, bedrooms, locality and city, published in a form a machine reads directly rather than guessing out of a paragraph. On every plan.
- Pages that arrive finished
- The whole page leaves our server complete. Nothing is assembled afterwards in the visitor’s browser. This is the single reason an AI assistant can read your listings at all.
- Your business, stated as a business
- Your name, phone, address and logo published as a real local business entity on your home, about and contact pages.
- A sitemap built from your listings
- Rebuilt every time Google asks, so a property you add in the morning is in it that afternoon, and a page your plan does not include is never advertised.
- One address that counts
- Your own domain is declared the original, so the credit builds up in one place instead of being split between two copies of your site. From the Growth plan.
- Area pages for the localities you work
- A page of its own for each area you actually have listings in, which is what people search. From the Growth plan.
- Speed on a bad signal
- Fonts come from your own site rather than a third party, and photographs further down the page load only when someone scrolls to them. A site that answers in a fifth of a second keeps the visitor and the ranking.
The part nobody prints
You will be offered page one, a three-month guarantee and a monthly fee to keep it. Here is what we will not say to you, so you can hold us to it and hold them to it.
- We do not promise page one
- Nobody can. Google does not sell placement and does not take instruction. Anyone who guarantees it is either misunderstanding it or counting on you not to check.
- We do not promise a date
- Your own business name comes quickly. A competitive locality is six months to a year, and only with new writing along the way. Three months is a sales number, not a real one.
- We do not claim to put you inside ChatGPT
- There is no submission form and no console for these tools. We make your site readable to them. What they say is theirs.
- We do not write your content unless you buy it
- Ranking for an area needs something on the page nobody else has, and that is your knowledge of it. You can write it or you can pay us to. Either way it is work, and pretending otherwise is how people end up disappointed a year later.
- We do not show you a property card in Google
- Google has no rich result for property listings, whatever anyone tells you. What the markup buys is that Google reads your price and your area as facts, and that the assistants can quote you.
The honest ceiling
Within about three months you are found for your own name, every listing is indexed with its facts read correctly, and a link you send on WhatsApp opens properly. By six months you turn up for the long, specific searches, the ones that name a locality and a budget. Competing for a whole locality is a twelve-month job and it only happens if the area pages and the writing actually get done.
That last part needs you: real photographs, a description on each listing rather than eight words, and locality names spelled the same way every time. We can write the area pages for you as a paid piece of work. We cannot want it more than you do.
