Straight answers

Why is there a build fee if it’s also a subscription?: Because someone loads your listings, sets up your brand and trains your team, and that someone is a person, not a server. The build fee is those hours. The yearly fee is hosting and your leads.
What does the yearly fee actually buy after year one?: Your site stays live, fast and backed up; your leads keep arriving and stay exportable forever; and every month you get a report of how many came in and from where. If nothing broke, that is the product working.
I was quoted ₹9,999 for a website. Why is this more?: That site has no lead inbox, no admin panel, no team roles, and nobody to add listing number 41. Ask what happens the day you want to change something — the answer is usually another invoice.
My developer will build it once for ₹50,000 and I’ll own it.: He will, and it will be good in month one. Then it needs updating, a plugin breaks, and the maintenance quote arrives. You are buying the operating, not the building.
Do you charge per user?: No. Your whole team is included, and you define their roles yourself from the permissions we ship.
Can I get my leads out?: One click, any time, in any billing state — including if you stop paying. They are your customers, not ours.
What if I stop paying?: Nothing dramatic. For a month nothing changes and we message you. After that your site stays online and on Google, but you cannot publish new listings and lead alerts pause. We never take your site down as a first move, and we never delete your leads.
Can I pause?: Yes — ₹749 a month, up to four months a year. Your site stays live and indexed. Useful when your PG is full or the market is quiet.
How fast can I be live?: About a week. Often less.
Is there a contract?: No lock-in. Paying yearly is cheaper because it is two months free, and you can leave with 30 days’ notice.
